For the CVS Aetna and CVS health associates, you can view all your passwords by logging into Mypassword.cvs.com.You only need your 7-digit ID to log in. You can also use your Aetna N or A ID to log in.

You can also reset your password through the  CVS Health website. Input the email associated with your CVS employee account. 

  • Call the customer care number 

You can call the CVS health customer care line at 1-866-528-7272 (1-866-HELP-CVS) to get instructions on how to reset your password.
