CVS Learning Hub – How Does It Work


Many companies have different traditions on how they train and promote their employees, and CVS Health is not excluded. CVS offers a series of courses for their new employees.

You can access those courses through the CVS learning hub portal. How does CVS’s learning hub work? How can you access the CVS LearningHub portal? Can you take CVS learningHub courses at home? We will answer all these questions in the article. 

CVS Learning Hub 

CVS Learning Hub is an online learning portal for CVS employees. The portal contains a series of courses that need to be completed by each employee within an allocated time. When you log in to the learning hub and complete your courses, you are paid the allocated hours for the course. 

Can You Do CVS Learning Hub From Home?

Trying to take LearningHub courses at work may be stressful, especially when you have to do it in between your shifts. Taking your course at home seems like a good idea. But can you do the CVS learning hub successfully at home? The answer is yes. You can do a learning hub at home, but you need to be granted access by your pharmacy manager. 

Once you are granted access, you can take your learning hub courses at home. The access is only useful within 24/48 hours. The site tracks your time as you take the course, and you will be paid according to the allocated time for each course.

How To Access CVS LearningHub through MyLife Portal 

You can log in to CVS LearningHub through my life portal. You can log in to your MyLife account through mylife.cvshealth.com. The portal has a simple interface with two boxes to fill in your username and password. You can either use your 7-digit employee ID or Window ID as the username.

The username you input also depends on your role at CVS. Distribution center and MinuteClinic employees are to use their 7-digit employee ID. Non-store and PBM employees can use the Windows ID as the username. Input your password and click on submit to log in.  

Find LearningHub under the tools menu. You must have been granted access from your pharmacy manager to take the course at home. Schedule the course you want to take on your training roadmap. The system will automatically track your time to get paid for it.
